Lorenzo is Of Counsel at GPD law firm in alliance with Troutman Pepper and assists national and international clients in extraordinary financing transactions in favor of venture capital operators as well as private investors, family offices and corporates. He has acquired significant experience and expertise in the field of innovation and new technologies, focusing his practice on technological and digital aspects, as well as on assisting entrepreneurs in formalizing new business ideas.

Lorenzo recently obtained the European certification from Prompt Engineering and attended a specialization course on Tokenized Digital Assets & Securities. He is qualified to hold the position of Data Protection Officer since 2020. He has worked for more than 6 years as General Counsel for public companies, including listed companies, operating in the venture capital, blockchain and fintech markets. He participates in the board of directors of investment holding companies and as an investor in several companies.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Roma Tre with a thesis on "Investment Agreements in Venture Capital" and has completed post-graduate courses in Prompt Engineering, Digital Assets & Securities, Data Protection and Project Management.
